Just remember that there is no such thing as too much black pepper…
Ingredients:
- 24 Medjool dates, pitted
- 1/4 lb fresh Goat cheese
- 2 tablespoon parsley
- (~1-2 teaspoon) fresh ground black pepper
- dried cranberries/apricots cut into strips/pecan nuts
Method
- Mix goat cheese with parsley and fresh ground black pepper
- fill a small container with a little water
- wet your hands and form 24 small cheese balls.
- place a cheese ball inside each date and squeeze to partially close the date.
- place a few cranberries or apricot strips on top of the filled dates.
- grind a lot of pepper on top and serve.
