Method
- measure dry ingredients in a large mixing ball
- Stage egg, milk & butter
- Add egg. Stir in as you slowly add the milk
- Add the butter after the dry ingredients are mixed with the milk and egg
- Warm pan on medium heat for at least 3 minutes. (7-8 on our stove)
- The mixture will be very thick. don’t despair! scoop the batter onto the pan. turn when top bubbles. When the edges of the pancake are brown, remove the pancakes from the pan
